Standard Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of PKR 300 applies to orders placed through our website, unless your order qualifies for free shipping under one of our offers.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan on eligible orders.

With Cash on Delivery, you can place your order online and pay the applicable amount to the delivery representative when your order arrives.

  • Someone is available to receive the order.

Refused or Unaccepted COD Orders

We request that customers place COD orders only when they genuinely intend to receive them.

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order or repeatedly fails to receive orders, Ronaq Organics reserves the right to restrict or disable COD availability for future orders.

Any applicable return or re-delivery costs resulting from an unaccepted or refused order may be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping charges may be non-refundable when an order is returned due to a customer's change of mind, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address, or other reasons not caused by Ronaq Organics.
