Free Shipping Across Pakistan

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across Pakistan.

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping. Whether you purchase a single product or multiple items, your order will be delivered anywhere in Pakistan without any shipping charges.

Free shipping is automatically applied to all eligible orders during checkout, and no additional delivery fee will be charged.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan on eligible orders.

With Cash on Delivery, you can place your order online and pay the applicable amount to the delivery representative when your order arrives.

Please ensure that:

  • Your name and contact number are correct.

  • Your complete delivery address is provided.

  • Someone is available to receive the order.

  • You are ready to accept and pay for your confirmed COD order.

For certain orders or promotional offers, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Refused or Unaccepted COD Orders

We kindly request that customers place Cash on Delivery orders only when they genuinely intend to receive them.

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order or repeatedly fails to receive orders, Ronaq Organics reserves the right to restrict or disable Cash on Delivery availability for future purchases.

Any applicable return or re-delivery costs resulting from an unaccepted or refused order may become the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and Returns

Although we provide Free Shipping on all orders, if an order is returned due to a customer's change of mind, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address, or any reason not caused by Ronaq Organics, any applicable return, handling, or re-delivery charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
